What’s Next After Education?

What’s right for one person is by no means right for everyone. It is important to plan ahead and research all the options to make an informed decision on the next step of moving into adult services.

Transition options are needed for young people leaving education and we encourage anyone to get in touch with us to talk about options after education in terms of what Home From Home Care offers.

At Home From Home Care, we do not offer a ‘one size fits all’ approach, as we design completely bespoke environments and support packages around each individual based on their needs to enable them to lead a fulfilled adult life.

Family Communications

Family involvement does not stop when a loved one moves into our service. We continue to work with our families and ensure communication channels are kept open to enable the sharing of information. We also encourage feedback to understand any area for improvement in a variety of ways;
