Home From Home Care are looking forward to exhibiting at Kidz to Adultz Wales & West on Thursday 5th July 2018 at Thornbury Leisure Centre, Bristol.
This is a fantastic opportunity to find out more about our specialist residential provision for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Our ambassadors will be available throughout the day on stand A7 to share their experiences of transition into adult services, as well as answering your queries.
Kidz to Adultz Wales &West is one of the largest free exhibitions for children and young adults with disabilities and additional needs, their families, carers and professionals who support them.
During the day there will be a range of seminars for parents and professionals – covering topics including transition, understanding challenging behaviours and national changes to education and healthcare – as well as over 130 exhibitors offering advice and information.
