At HFHC, Christmas is a much-anticipated event for the individuals we support, which is why this year there will be plenty of opportunities to celebrate – in a way suited to each individual.
During the build-up to Christmas, individuals have participated in Christmas craft making, using many creations to decorate their home, as well as heading out to enjoy some festive shopping.
Last week, HFHC held a big Christmas party which everyone in all the Myicro Living locations was invited to. For some, this large party may be overwhelming and so each home has also been holding their own Christmas celebrations – a chance to for everyone to hang decorations, put up their tree and celebrate together, before those who spend Christmas with their families leave.
And then finally the big day next week, with Christmas eve celebrations leading into Christmas Day including a special Christmas meal, opening presents with a Father Christmas visit and happy festivities with staff throughout the day.
