About the Role

  • Complete welfare checks throughout the night on individuals following their individual care plan
  • Support them to do personal care while encouraging independence
  • Ensuring we are keeping the residential homes clean and tidy
  • Provide physical and emotional support for our individuals during a waking night shift
  • Accurately reporting and recording on our in-house digital platform
  • Safely administer medication to individuals when required once full training has been given

Working Times

  • 2 week rolling rota
  • Night shifts: 21:00/22:00 PM – 07:00 AM

About You

We look for 5 key qualities in our Support Workers – integrity, self-awareness, humility, passion and pro-activeness. You will need a keen drive to make a difference to the lives of the individuals we support.

Previous experience in a care role isn’t required if you’re a compassionate, ambitious and dedicated individual, the sky’s the limit with our amazing career opportunities.

**The advertised salary is based on a full-time contract in which you are expected to work every other weekend. Home From Home Care has implemented a £1 per hour pay increase when working between 22:00pm Friday to 7:00am Monday**
